The Paper Shelter #613 ~ Leaves are Falling

Hello crafting friends and welcome to this week's challenge

Team A - our challenge this week is
~ Leavings are Falling ~

It's with sadness that we, the DT at The Paper Shelter, post our challenge today.  You see it's the first challenge we're posting without our beautiful Veronica.  For the full announcement, please see this post at The Paper Shelter Blog.

Using the lovely Autumn Enchantment digi, I created this rocker card.

I used the Silhouette to cut the base and all the mats, as well as print and cut this gorgeous fairy and the leaves.  I printed the fairy on photo paper.  It's the best way to get my printer to print crisp images.

I cut the fairy out twice and then used foam squares to adhere the two together.  This adds a little dimension to the card but not enough bulk to make it a problem when mailing it overseas.

On the back, I stamped my greeting and added a few more leaves to add a little interest.  The greeting is from the Thankful for You stamp set by Cardz TV.  The patterned paper is called Leaves by The Paper Studio.

When folded for mailing, it fits perfectly into an A7 envelope.

That is it for today.  Thank  you so much for stopping by.  I hope you enjoyed your visit.  Before I leave, I would like to invite you to come play along with us.  Remember that The Paper Shelter has fabulous prizes up for grabs. Check out the details below ...

I do hope you will come join the fun and share your projects with us.

  3. I know I've previously commented on this one, so I'll blame Blogger for tossing me into the spam folder. It's still as beautiful as ever, Lena xoxo
