Happy 65th Birthday!

Hello friends. So happy you could stop by.

I have a birthday card to share with you today. One that I made for a very dear friend who will be celebrating her 65th birthday soon.

The 3D flower box is from Hearty Crafts - 3D toppers.

Using the main colours of the image, I stitched this lovely pattern to finish off the card.

 The colours and not ones that I would normally use together, but I love the way it came out.

On the inside I used the same corner punch to continue the pattern from the front of the card. Using a stamp from Great Impressions Stamps, I stamped this birthday sentiment using Onyx Black Versafine ink.

I must have been a very good girl, because Santa was very kind and left me some super sweet crafting goodies in my stocking and under the tree!

Here is my card using one of my new toys - 3D Toppers from Hearty Crafts called Balls in Winter.

I used one of my cart stitching patterns to make the frame for this beautiful scenic bauble.  Not at all my usual traditional Christmas colours, but I love the way it came out.

I used silver ornamental corners and stamped a sentiment on the inside. The stamp is from the Christmas Sayings set by Creative Expressions.
