Fairy Stamper ~ Peacock Snow Globe

Hello crafting friends, and welcome to my Friday share.

As you may already know, Fairy Hugs stamps had a brand new release that came out on Wednesday.  One of the many beautiful stamps is a Peacock.

I love snow globes and peacocks, so I thought I would put the two together to make this card.  I began by die cutting all the pieces I would need for the snow globe. Then I took the background piece and very lightly inked in the blue sky. Next I stamped and coloured Ania's Tree, and using the acetate of the stamp, figured out exactly where my peacock was going to perch.  I stamped the peacock and coloured him in using polychromos pencils.  The tree looked a little bare, so I drew in a few small leaves here and there. Once this was all done, it was time to add the teal, silver and white shaker sparkles.
On the inside of the card, I inked it the same way as I had done the snow globe and stamped Ania's Tree again, leaving enough space for my personal message.

Now for the list of crafty supplies I used, each linked to the Fairy Stamper store, for your convenience.

Fairy Hugs stamps - Peacock, Ania's Tree
Distress Oxide inks - Broken China
VersaFine Clair inks - Blue Belle, Pinecone
Snow Globe - Moonstone Die - Hunkydory

Thank you so much for stopping by.  I hope I have inspired you to create a project and come join the fun. Our challenges go live every other Thursday on our Facebook group.   All you have to do is to create a project and upload the pic to our challenge album.  There is a $15.00 prize for one lucky participant.

Till next time,
stay safe and well.
