For his card, I used the Aged to Perfection stamp set from Fiskars. It is one of my go to stamp sets when I need a card for a guy and in a hurry to boot.
I coloured the image with my copic markers and cut the mat with the Spellbinders Labels 8 dies. The cardstock and DP are all from my stash, as are the brads and the ribbon. In fact, this card was made using all scraps! I feel so proud lol. My scraps tend to multiply in their drawers, and I tend to forget to use them, so as you can imagine, I have loads and loads. I didn't have burgundy brads, so I just coloured some white ones that I had in my little pot.
For the inside I used a another stamp from the same set, and layered the same papers.
This would have been one of those really quick cards, except that it takes me a long time to colour. Looking at the pictures above, the grapes look more like cherries but they are in actual fact burgundy - about the same colour as the bottle of wine and the wine in the glass. The camera didn't capture the correct colour. Note that this was the camera ~ not operator error :)
Have a wonderful day and till next time,
keep on crafting.
Hugs,
Lena

Happy Birthday to your brother! Love the stamp you used. The paper you used looks great with the ribbon and brads. I love the sentiment inside. I'm glad I'm not the only one who has problems with purple and the camera not showing it correctly.
