60th Birthday

I had these great visions of making a card for my hubby's 60th birthday.  Something out of the ordinary.  Well, this is one of those cards that looked better in my mind then it does in real life.  In fact, I've been torn about using it or filing in file 13 for ever.  I just don't know - I kinda like it, but then again it's nothing like I pictured it would be, so I'm not happy with it either.  I'm going to post it anyway and I would really appreciate your comments of "yay" or "nay" ...

I made the card base using my DS. Not too sure what company the papers are from because I took the labels off before cutting. I used the Storybook Font cartridge for the 60 Years and the Father's Day cartridge for the sports car.

On the inside, I just cut a smaller version of the car so that I can write my personal message.

Like I said, it looked better in my mind.  Not too sure what to do to make it look better.  I've seriously thought of just trashing it, but at the same time something is holding me back because there is something there that I like but just can't put my finger on it.

Do you ever have these doubts about a card or project you've made? I sometimes do but I'm often able to change something about the card to make it more the way I like it, but this one is just hopeless as I cannot come up with anything.

I would really appreciate your comments and/or suggestions.

Thank you for stopping by and helping me out with this.

Hugs,
Lena
