I can't believe it's been so long since my last post! Where did the time go? Well, if you read my previous post you will know the reason why my time is flying by. Yep, little Maverick turned into a rambunctious 3 and a half month old puppy that keeps me going the whole day. He's extremely sweet and totally adorable and I wish I could have just a tiny bit of his energy :-)
I've also been busy catching up on some of life's less pleasant tasks like sorting through paperwork, closets, etc. and I'm almost all up to date with my correspondence too. Although the feeling of achievement is there, I miss my crafting and so I decided that it was time to get back to it. So here is my first Valentine card for 2013.
I made this card for my mom, using the Holiday Basket Stamps from GinaK, designed by Melanie Muenchinger. I think it turned out quite pretty and I know she will enjoy receiving it. I used my copics to colour in the image. I cut the mat using Fleur de Lis rectangles by Spellbinders. The pink cardstock is from Bazzill. The white cardstock & ribbon are from my stash.
It feels so good to be back blogging again. I've not only missed posting on my blog, but also visiting your blogs too. I intend to catch up on that in the next few days.
Have a wonderful day and I will see you again tomorrow with another Valentine card.
Hugs,
Lena

ReplyDeleteSo you are back in card making?
Yay! You're back! I've missed you my friend! Your mom will L-O-V-E it! I love the way you colored the stamp. Pretty! Love the Spellbinder die, and the bow looks great! Great job my friend!
