Mother's Day Card

I know that it's a little late, but as the saying goes ... "Better late than never". It's the first time I made a flower pot card and although it took me a bit of time to figure out all the sizes of the different cuts, I had fun making it and I think it came out pretty cute. I wanted to add more layers to the flowers to add more dimension, but it had to be mailed overseas and the more layers you add, the heavier it gets and the more expensive it becomes. I'm one of those people that would rather spend more money on the gift or the card and less money on the postage and the and shipping ;-). All in all I was very happy, the card looked pretty, my mom loved it and received on time and the postage ... well it wasn't too bad. Now on to making Father's Day cards.
