Baby Name Plaque

I made this for a friend and although it didn't quite come out the way I had first envisioned it, I think it's cute. The baby's room is all done up in blue and brown with monkeys. I had to add some green to make it pop though, because when I just used blue and brown it was too blah. You can't quite see it from the pic, but I added little tiny dots with a silver pen to the name. It makes it look like little nails are holding the wooden planks together. I should have photographed it before I put the glass in, but ... live and learn. Maybe I should take a photography class next?! The thing I like most about this plaque is that it looks like the one mischievous little monkey is about to steal the other's banana :-). I didn't plan that way, but I sure like the way it turned out. I hope mommy likes it too, since little Marshall is way too young to care either way.
