The Paper Shelter #567 ~ Autumn Colours

Hello friends! Welcome back to our newest challenge at the The Paper Shelter

Team A - our challenge this week is Autumn Colours

Although I'm sad that the Summer is almost over, I do love the colours of Fall, so this was an easy challenge for me 😀

I used the Funny Cornucopia digi set and created this block step card. I used the Silhouette to cut out the image four times and adhered all the layers to each other to make the image pop.  I also cut out a few more leaves and apples to decorate the blocks.

Here is a close up of the image.  This little guy is just too cute and reminds me of me just before our Thanksgiving dinner.  After all the cooking I'm definitely ready to grab my knife and fork and chow down 😀

I used the centre of the background paper and a few of the left over decorative pieces to create my message mat on the back.

This double block step card is actually very easy to make.  You will however need to make your own envelope for it as it measures 6" x 7.5" when folded flat.  You can find the tutorial by Sam Calcott HERE.

I hope I was able to inspire you to make a project and come play along with us.  You will find our challenge blog HERE.

The Paper Shelter offers a $30 gift certifcate for one lucky winner.  In order to get this prize, you must use a product from The Paper Shelter.  However, if you have not used a product from The Paper Shelter, you still stand a chance of winning 3 digis of your choice.

Thanks so much for stopping by today. Till next time ...

Crafty hugs,
