CCAYR ~ September Christmas Challenge

Hello crafting friends and welcome to this month's challenge
at Christmas Crafts All Year 'Round.

September's Challenge ~ Winter Hot Drink
This is September's Christmas cake inspiration pic.

I have a bunch of cute dies from Cottage Cutz, and I knew that looking thru them, the right ones would jump out at me 😀

And they sure did!  I cut them all out and then added a little shading here and there using copic markers. I used the different coloured cardstock to cut out all my bits and pieces.  This way it went a lot faster, there was no colouring needed and it was a great way to use up some of my scraps! 😀 Having said all this, I do sometimes cut out certain elements in white, that way I can add just the right shade of colour that I may not have in my cardstock stash.

On the inside I used a few of the die cuts to add a little interest. I think this tied it all in nicely.   What do you all think?

I used the following supplies to make this card:

Card Deco - Card shape - #10005
Hunkydory Christmas Cuties & Delightful Dots - Pattern paper
Cottage Cutz dies - Warm & Cozy Cocoa
Cottage Cutz - Cocoa & Sweet Treats
Cottage Cutz - Merry Christmas w/Shadow
Recollections - Doily

Thanks so much for stopping by today. Now it's your turn to make a Christmas project that falls within our challenge theme, and come play along with us.  You have till the end of the month to link your project to our blog at  Christmas Crafts All Year 'Round.
