Fairy Stamper ~ Squirrel Shenanigans

Hello friends and welcome to my Fairy Stamper Friday share!

A couple of days ago, I was looking out my window and saw a little squirrel come into our yard, climb the tree and chase a little bird away that was on the bird feeder.
Believe it or not, that was my inspiration for this card.  The little squirrel wants to get to the fairy nest, but one of the fairies saw him and is telling him to stop his shenanigans.

I started by inking the background with Distress Oxide inks.  Next I stamped the branches and the nests.  All that was left to do was to stamp the little Fairy Dwellers.

I left the inside blank because I'm not sure what occasion this card is going to be for.
But I did ink in the background the same way as the front, and cut another frame to look the same as the one I used on the front of the card.

Now for the list of supplies I used to make this card, all linked to the Fairy Stamper store for your convenience.

My Favourite Things ~ Cloud Stencil
Pink Fresh Studio Dies ~ Slim Stitched Scalloped Rectangles
VersaFine Clair Inks ~ Rain Forest, Pinecone, Shady Lane
Memento Inks ~ Toffee Crunch, Lilac Posies
Distress Oxide Inks ~ Tumbled Glass & Faded Jeans

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  I hope you will come play along with us. Our challenges go live on the first Thursday of each month on our Facebook group.   All you have to do is to create a project using your stamps, and upload the pic to our challenge album.  There is a prize drawn for one lucky crafter, at the end of every challenge. 😀

Till next time,
crafty hugs!
