Dies R US #184 ~ Happy New Year!!!

 Happy New Year everyone! May 2022 bring you and yours all that makes you smile!

And to start off the new year we have a brand new challenge at Dies R Us that begins today.

Challenge #184 ~ Anything Goes! 

(As long as you use a die sold at the Dies R Us store) 

One die, folks, just one die is all it took to make this card :-)

That die is the Champagne Celebration Edger from Creative Expressions.

This die was purchased during one of Dies R Us International dies sales events.

The holographic star paper is from my stash. It was purchased at Hobby Lobby and I've had it for a number of years just waiting for the right card 😀

For the "champagne" I used gold glitter cardstock and paper pieced it in there.  I used a small piece of acetate and adhered it between the two layers of the die cuts so that I could adhere the gold cardstock to it.

To finish it off, I added a few gold glitter enamel dots.

I realised a little too late, that there was not really enough space to write my own personal message, so I made a panel at the back.  It would have looked better if it has been the full size of the card, but I ran out of the blue holographic paper. This panel is adequate for a personal message so all is well that ends well 😀
