I love Cardinals. I enjoy so much watching them in my back yard while I enjoy a cup of coffee.  This year, though we got a couple of Blue Jay bullies that have chased one of the Cardinal couples away.  Blue Jays are beautiful, but in my opinion they are not friendly birds. Anyway I try to shoo them away in the hopes that the Cardinals will come back.  Some people believe that when Cardinals appear, Angels are near, and others say that when you see a Cardinal, it's a visitor from Heaven.  Which ever way it goes, whenever I see a Cardinal, I always think of my Dad.
So with my love for Cardinals now established, my projects for today are no surprise :-)

I used a pre-coloured image from Fred She Said and created this card and also a bunch of Christmas tags. Aren't they pretty?

I printed the cardinal image twice and fussy cut the one cardinal so that I could pop dot it and create a little dimension on my card.  The card base was made using a die from Studio Light.  The tags were cut using a Silhouette file.

Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope you liked my card, and feel inspired to get crafty and come play along with us. You have until 12:00 pm, CST, on 11 January 2022, to link your project to our challenge.

Merry Christmas!
