Hello crafting friends and welcome back to another challenge at Dies R Us. Please note that today's challenge has a theme ~ A Magical Day!
Challenge #165 ~ "A Magical Day!"
This is because we're doing something a little different today! We're partnering up with the Double Trouble Challenge Blog and having a joint challenge collaboration. It's fun and easy and you have a chance to win prizes both here, on the DRU Challenge, as well as on the Double Trouble Challenge!
Now to share the card I made, for my DT project, for this challenge.
A made a gnome scene, and I made this with someone very special in mind, who lives in The Netherlands which is the land of the "Kabouters" 😀
I began by stamping all the images I wanted, plus with a few to spare. Then I die cut them all, and coloured them using copic markers. Next it was just a matter of planning the scene, adhering some of the images straight to the card and using foam dots on others to add a little dimension. Lastly, I added a little Wink of Stella pen and Glassy Accents here and there to add a little something magical.
This card will hopefully satisfy Thing 1, Thing 2 and Thing 3 😀
Here is the list of supplies I used, each linked to the DRU store, for your convenience.
In order to qualify for the
prizes offered at Double Trouble Challenge, you'll need to follow the guidelines listed on our blog at Dies R Us
So if you
use a metal die, that is sold by Dies R Us, and you follow the "A Magical Day" theme, you have all that is needed to enter both challenges :-) Please let us know somewhere on your post what die you used, and from what company it is from.
Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you make a project and join in the fun of our combined challenges.
Till next time,
stay safe and healthy!
