DRU - Challenge 143 - Spring Flowers

Hello crafting friends and welcome to a new challenge at Dies R Us.

Challenge # 143 ~ Spring Flowers

I don't tend to keep Thinking of You cards on hand, but I needed one this last weekend, so
with our current challenge theme in mind, I came up with this card.

Although it took a bit of time to put all the small bits and pieces together, it was a lot of fun. Almost like a virtual planting your own garden :-)  Normally, when there are so many small pieces I cut them all out of white card stock and then either use blending brushes and inks to colour them in or/and I use copic markers.  Of course, if you prefer, you can cut out each piece out of coloured card stock.  In fact, it's a great way to use up all your scraps.  I adhered a few potted plants to the inside of the card to bring it altogether, and left the top section blank so that I can write my own message.

I have listed the supplies I used to make this card, and have linked each one to the Dies R Us store, for your convenience.

I'm sure you know by now, but for all the newbies to Dies R Us, I would like to mention that  every so often, Dies R Us runs a big sale on international dies. It's during these special sales that you will find dies from companies such as Marianne Designs, Lea'bilities, and Joy Crafts among others. The best way to know about these fabulous sales is to subscribe to the Dies R Us Newsletter

I'd like to remind you that Dies R Us' sister store is now open.
Didi Crafts has warehouses located in the USA and Canada.  It has some products that are the same as Dies R Us, but in addition, it carries international dies and other crafty supplies for a variety of crafts.  Go take a peek and be pleasantly surprised!

Thank you so much for stopping by today.  I hope I was able to inspire you to create a project, and  play along with us at the Dies R Us Challenges for your chance to win a gift certificate to the Dies R Us Store.  A new challenge begins on the 1st and 15th of each month.  Be sure to follow on Facebook and Pinterest too.

Till next time, stay safe and healthy!
Hugs,
