Cross Stitch Christmas Tag Card

Happy Monday crafting friends.  I have another project that combines my two favourite crafts in one :-)

I made a tag this time, using the same Small Cross Stitch die from Marianne Designs to stitch the fox.
If you missed the previous post, please go here, and you can see how versatile this cross stitch die is.
In order to turn it into a tag, I placed it in the middle of the second to largest Labels die, also from Marianne Designs.  Then secured the two together with tape and ran it like that through the die cutting machine. I used a pattern I found on Pinterest, but as I mention in my previous post, you can download a bunch of patterns from the Marianne Designs website, HERE.  I wanted the main focus of my card to be the fox, so I just added a small poinsettia flower, made using the Petite Poinsettia flower from Frantic Stamper and the leaf flourish from the Amy Design's Christmas Card Set.

Here is a quick recap of the materials I used to put this card together:

Also, I would like to remind you that Dies R Us runs a big sale on international dies every now and then.  During these times, you will find dies from companies such as Marianne Designs, Lea'bilities, Nellie Snellen, and Joy Crafts among others. The best way to know about these fabulous sales is to subscribe to the Dies R Us Newsletter.  When you go to the store's home page,  you'll find a teal box on the left hand side of your screen. All you have to do is enter your email address and subscribe, then you'll receive the store newsletters and be up to date on all the sales, specials and pre-orders that Dies R Us has to offer.

I hope you enjoyed my Christmas card today.  It's never too early to start working on your Christmas card stash.  Christmas will be here before you know it ðŸ˜„ I do hope that I was able to inspire you to use your dies, create a project, and come play along with us at the Dies R Us Challenge Blog for your chance to win a gift voucher to the Dies R Us Store.  A new challenge begins on the 1st and 15th of every month.  Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Pinterest too.
