With Deepest Sympathy

Hello friends. I have a sympathy card to share with you today. I saw Jennifer McGuire use this technique quite a while ago but until now, I hadn't tried it and I must admit that I like the way it came out. I just wish I hadn't had to make a sympathy card. I always feel so sad while making sympathy cards but take comfort in the thought that it may in some small way, bring a small measure of comfort to the recipient.

Materials used:
Brown cardstock - GinaK
Leaf - Stitched Grand Maple Leaf - Simon Says Stamps
Patterned Paper - Scraps from my scraps drawer
Sentiment was computer generated.

So happy you could have stopped by and spend a little time with me.
I'll be back tomorrow with an Easter card :-) for a little inspiration on the Dies R Us blog.

Till then,
Crafty hugs
