This cutie is called Peppermint Kiss Happy Hour Pin Up.

Patterned papers are from Recollections, Sugar Plums Stack.

Image was coloured in with copic markers.

The "salt" around the glass is chunky glitter called Diamond Dust by Twinklets.

Stamped sentiments are from the JustRite stamp set called Merry & Bright.
