When I saw this cute image from The Stamping Boutique, this card just popped into my head and I ran with it.  It didn't quite turn out how I had pictured it, but in the end I think it turned out cute :-)  And as you can see, I used both a ribbon and a flourish.

The image is called "Snowman's Laundry Line". The various die cuts are from Memory Box (Deer Trio), Cottage Cutz (Pine Trees & Snowflake Flourish Border), Joy Crafts (Large Snowflake), and Martha Stewart (Small Snowflakes).
