I used this adorable image from Wags 'n Whiskers called "Buddy's Balloon" to make my card for this challenge. To purchase this stamp and look at all the other adorable stamps for sale, please visit the Wags 'n Whiskers STORE.
I used copic markers to colour in the image. Balloon background paper is from Recollections. Purple card stock is from The Paper Temptress. The heart die cut balloon on the inside is from Marianne Designs and the little hearts were punched with a Fiskars punch. Sentiment stamps are from the Cardz TV stamp set called Good Times.
