Hiding in My Craft Room Challenge # 158 ~ Christmas in July
Laurie from HIMCR will be sponsoring this week's prize!
For my project today, I used a "Double Stamping" technique. I always enjoy making this type of card. I just love it's effect! For my focal image I used a stamp set called Snowglobe Kiddo from Stampendous. I stamped the snowflakes and the snowglobe using various Memento Inks. I coloured in the image with copic markers and added some sparkles to her hat and coat by using my Clear Star Gelly Roll pen. Added a ribbon and a bell from my stash.
The inside greeting and the snowflakes are from the same stamp set and also stamped with
Memento Inks. The colours I used are Danube Blue for the greeting and the darker snowflakes, Summer Sky for the remaining snowflakes and snowflake flurries on the inside and Tuxedo Black for the snowglobe.
Now, here is what you have to do to join in our fun ...
