Window Christmas Card

Not too long ago I got this Memory Box window die that I hadn't had a chance to use until today. I love it!  You can create either a scene as if you are looking out of the window, as I did on this card, or you can create a scene as if you are looking in. I think I will give the second option a try next.  The outside scene is from that same box of cards I bought that I told you about a couple of posts ago.  The DP is from the Botanical Noel from Recollections. I thought it resembled elegant wallpaper. I used some lace that I got at M's for the curtain. If you click on the image, in order to enlarge it, you will see that my "curtain rod" is made from fancy toothpicks (those with a chiseled pattern on the ends). I had to use two halfs in order to make the "rod" look the same on both ends. It worked perfectly as it was just the right size and thickness for the lace.  I added a few Christmas sprigs with bow on the window sill.
The sentiment was computer generated and cut with two SU! punches.
Well, my crafty friends, thank you for stopping by and I hope you enjoy this card as much as I enjoyed making it.
Hugs,
Lena
