Today I made a card to enter in Enfy's September challenge - a Christmas card with non traditional colours, in other words no green or red! Gasp! I love green and red for Christmas, but I was determined to enter this challenge, so here is the card I came up with.
I think it came out pretty cute and I do love these colours together. I used my bic markers to colour in the image. The ribbon is from M's $1 bin. I used various snowflake punches, rhinestones and stickles to add a little sparkle to my card. For the image I cut it out using the Spellbinders circles and scalloped circles.
Enfys always has fun challenges and what I like most is the fact that you have a whole month to come up with something to enter her challenge. So if you want to enter a fun challenge or just get some wonderful inspiration from some very talended ladies, head on over to her blog at Going Buggy.
As always, thank you for stopping by my blog and I do appreciate your wonderful comments.
Hugs,
Lena
Even without the traditional red and graan this IS a x mascard.
ReplyDeleteAnd with all the snowflakes and little angel at the bottom you made it a nice card.
This is so pretty. I feel the same way, I like red and green. It's hard going out of our comfort zone. I love the stamp and the little angel charm. Great job my friend!
