What a wonderful brunch we had - 12" pancakes :) loaded with the most delicious fruit, cream and english syrup! All this served at a very quaint little restaurant on Kaag Eiland. We were also very fortunate that we had wonderful weather and were able to enjoy this feast on the deck of the restaurant that sits over the water. We had little guests in the form of little brown birds that came right up next to us and took little bits of the pancakes from our fingers. These pancakes were accompanied by delicious dutch coffee and/or chocolate milk.
So for this layout, I figured that the image from A Child's Year would be very appropriate. As you can see I kept the layout very simple - I definately wanted the focal point to be those yummy pancakes :-)
